Candlemaking Workshop - Rediscover Parnell Village

We’re excited to welcome you to a special edition of our Candlemaking Workshop as part of the Rediscovering Parnell Village event!

Join us for a unique, intimate experience from 5-9 PM in two blocks (5-7 PM & 7-9 PM) at Masala Bazaar. You’ll be guided through the process of curating your very own scent, creating a soy wax container candle, and finishing it off with a customized label – all while immersing yourself in comfort and nostalgia.

Whether you’re catching up with friends, having a family outing, or enjoying a date night, this workshop is perfect for all ages and occasions.

How Does It Work?

The session lasts for two hours, but the candlemaking process typically takes up to one hour. After creating your candle, you’re free to explore the area, grab a quick bite or drink, and come back to collect your candle once it’s ready after an hour. We recommend checking out Juice Up or Cha Bliss nearby for a refreshing drink or dessert while you wait!

Can I Make More Than One Candle?

Yes! Additional candles can be made for $20.00 each. Just let us know when booking and we’ll adjust your booking accordingly.

What if I Can’t Make It On This Day?

No worries! You can always find tickets for our regular Candlemaking Workshop sessions, where we offer the same wonderful experience at various times throughout the week. You can check availability and book your spot through our normal booking page, here. We’d love to have you join us at another time if you can’t make this special event!

Do you have a minimum booking requirement?

No we don’t! We will go ahead with a workshop even if one person is coming along. We believe that you should be able to have fun regardless of the group size.

Please note that the ticket purchase is non-refundable, if you are unable to attend the session or are more than 15 minutes late than your start time without communication - it can only be utilised as store credit on a Masala Scents purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse service if you are more than 15 minutes late to your booking time. 

Please note that if unexpected circumstances arise such as maintenance, weather or staff changes the location for your preferred workshop space may change.

Please note that to accomodate anyone under the age of 7 years old you must contact us for booking. We do not recommend bringing children under the age of 7 years old.
