Our Candlemaking workshop is designed to be an intimate experience in immersing your senses in scents and allowing yourself to be transported to your favourite memories through the process of curating your own scent.

We provide everything you need - you just need to come and get ready to relax!

Looking for a workshop space that also caters for your intimate event? We can host up to 8 people at our second workshop room  at 5/333 Parnell Road (behind chocolate boutique) OR simply pick the booking time that is being held at our boutique location 💛

How Does It Work?

Our allocated time slots allow for us to allow the good times to flow, the duration of the candlemaking process does come down to how decisive the group we have is. The total time to make a candle normally goes up to one hour and we allow you to take the remaining hour to catch up, grab a bite to eat or drink nearby and come back to collect your candle when its ready after one hour! We recommend visiting Juice Up or Cha Bliss for a quick drink or dessert as you wait for your candle to be ready!

Want To Book Earlier or Later On A Date?

I’m sure we can make it happen! We have our very own workshop room and a team ready to host. If the timing we have allocated doesn’t quite work just get in touch and we will make your event happen for you at your time.  (A lot of team building events happen during lunch or after work which we totally get and can accomodate for, we’re just a phone call or email away.)

Can I Make More Than One Candle?

Yes you can! The cost of making another candle is $20.00 per person, simply let us know when you book if you would like to make two candles (or more!) and we will accomodate and invoice you separately.

I Don’t Know How Many Tickets Are Left For The Date I Want!!

We know it can be difficult to book for a group event, especially when the dates don’t align. If you are not sure if we will be able to accomodate your whole group on the date slot available the best thing to do is ‘Book A Date Of Your Own Choice’ from their we will ensure a smooth sailing process to lock your group in for the time of your choice, and if we can’t meet the time - we will do a full refund.

Have Us For Your Next Event!

We also offer our candlemaking workshop for Corporate or Private events at your location. Please get in touch with us if you would like to do candlemaking workshop at a date and location of your choice. 

We can accomodate your booking at your location (even up to 40 people!) outside of this time. The workshops can be held anytime between 10.00 am - 9.00 pm, please advise us your preferred time within 24 hours of your booking.

Looking for the Perfect Gifting Season Activity?

We're already making reservations for February so if you're looking to enjoy this experience with your loved ones during these months make sure to get your tickets as soon as possible. 

Simply choose the 'Book in a date of your choice!' option and send us an email with the date and time you'd like to reserve, we'll confirm the date within the next 24hrs.

If we’re not available for your chosen date and time - don’t worry! We’ll refund you for your custom booking no hassles  

Do you have a minimum booking requirement?

No we don’t! We will go ahead with a workshop even if one person is coming along. We believe that you should be able to have fun regardless of the group size.

Please note that the ticket purchase is non-refundable, if you are unable to attend the session or are more than 15 minutes late than your start time without communication - it can only be utilised as store credit on a Masala Scents purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse service if you are more than 15 minutes late to your booking time. 

Please note that if unexpected circumstances arise such as maintenance, weather or staff changes the location for your preferred workshop space may change.

Please note that to accomodate anyone under the age of 7 years old you must contact us for booking. We do not recommend bringing children under the age of 7 years old.

If you are booking the workshop for a celebratory occasion please contact us prior to bringing in any food or non-alcoholic drink items to ensure we can accomodate it, without this we do not guarantee any accomodations can be made and we reserve the right to refuse service. Alcoholic drinks can not be accomodated in our workshops as our premises do not hold a licence for facilitating alcohol.
