🎟All ticket purchases are non-refundable.If you’re unable to attend or arrive more than 10 minutes late, your ticket will be converted into store credit for Masala Scents products.

👨‍👩‍👦Only the people who book can attend. We have a capacity of 8 people in our studios and we cannot have spectators or parental supervision without a ticket.

⌛️ You can reschedule your booking up to 48 hours before the booking time. If you request to reschedule your booking less than 48 hours before the start time we reserve the right to decline and you will be able to avail it as store credit.

👶For bookings with children under 7,please contact us in advance.

🐕Our studios cannot accomodate pets & animals. Please do not bring your furry friends to our workshops as it is not a pet-safe environment.

🎉Celebrating a special occasion? Let us know in advance if you’d like to bring food or non-alcoholic drinks so we can accommodate. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted.

🚨Unexpected Changes: In rare cases (e.g., maintenance, weather, staffing), we may need to cancel or refund your workshop—we’ll notify you in advance.

How It Works⏳Duration:The candle-making process takes up to one hour. Afterward, your candle needs another 1/2 hour to set before pickup.
🍵While You Wait:We recommend grabbing a treat from Juice Up or Cha Bliss, just a short walk away!
📅Flexible Booking:If our listed times don’t work for you, get in touch—we'll do our best to accommodate. For groups of over 8 people for private events, birthdays, bridal showers, baby showers and corporate events we host with Chocolate Boutique which include a signature dessert and drink in the price!

165 Parnell Road is perfect for individual bookings or groups of two. It is our in-store studio and it includes complimentary coffee, hot chocolate & tea

Chocolate Boutique is our restaurant partner location. It is perfect for larger groups looking to host bridal showers, birthday parties, baby showers or more. We recommend larger group bookings for this location.

Yes ofcourse they can! We think it's a great activity for kids. However, we do need to know if they are younger than the age of 7 so we can prepare their experience for them.

Yes! Additional candles can be made for $20.00 per candle or you can even upgrade to a ceramic jar. You can request this on the day.

We take care of all the messy parts for you, like the wax melting. However there is still a small risk of mess from wax spills or oil spills. We recommend to wear something that you don't mind getting messy!

Not at all - we take care of everything so that you make your candles like a pro.

Yes we can host a special occasion workshop at Chocolate Boutique. For $55.00 per person, this includes a candlemaking workshop and a signature chocolate boutique hot chocolate & signature dessert (Excluding waffles and shared plates)

Yes, we have a minimum booking requirement of two people at our in-store studio and a minimum booking requirement of four people at our off-site event studio.
