I recently took my teenage niece and nephew to the candle-making workshop at Masala Bazaar during the school holidays—and what an unforgettable experience it was! It was our very first time making candles, and from start to finish, it was a journey filled with learning, laughter, self-discovery, and a real sense of achievement.

The ambiance of the workshop was serene, cozy, and truly "wowish"—like stepping into a peaceful little sanctuary where creativity and calm go hand in hand. Haya, who led the workshop, was absolutely wonderful. Her warm, friendly personality instantly made us feel welcome and at ease. Even when we weren’t sure what we were doing, we felt confident knowing Haya was there to gently guide us through any hiccups.

By the end, each of us walked away with a beautifully unique, great-smelling candle—and some fantastic memories. The teens absolutely loved it too (which says a lot!). It’s not just a fun activity, but a genuinely fulfilling one. I would 100% do it again, and I’m already thinking about bringing more family or friends next time.

Me and my friends came for our monthly meet up and had an amazing time, Angela took care of us and we had so much fun choosing our scents and chatting with her. Would definitely recommend!!

Cannot recommend enough! Hosted my birthday event with Masala Scents and Chocolate Boutique, such an awesome colab. There were 14 girls and they were able to accommodate us all. The team was so patient and guided us throughout the journey. Fun, crafty, affordable activity to do. Highly recommend!

I loved the workshop! It was such a fun and amazing experience, and the instructor was so helpful, making it easy to follow each step. Creating a scented candle for myself was truly rewarding.

Gorgeous design and the perfect size to carry your entire house in (if thats what you need) without it feeling like you've over packed! I also love that it brings a bit of culture every where you go
